DTEC Update

Shalem proudly supports the Druze Veterans Association (“DVA”) and its Technology and Empowerment Center (“DTec”) in the village of Isfiya.

We believe that strengthening the Biblical bond between the Druze and the Jews is our moral commitment, and it is essential for the prospect of Israel's security and peace.

Today, the DVA reports a 65% job placement ratio for DTec graduates, which is an impressive result and highlights the necessity and importance of the programs.

Integrating Druze army and civil service veterans in the STEM sector is pivotal. It aligns this unique minority even more with the long-term vision of a strong, sustainable Israeli nation.

Through our involvement with the DTECH courses, we support teams participating in the ISTC QA competition at Be'er Sheva University, with the winners heading to an international competition in Denmark.

We remain committed to this cause and will continue to support it in 2025.
