Dear friends,
While for most, summer vacation is a symbol of rest, for the families of wounded IDF reservists, days off represent another challenge in coping with the prolonged absence of the father as the breadwinner and second caregiver for the children.
With your help, we were able to support the families of wounded reservists so that their children could attend summer camps, thus relieving the exhausted mothers and wives. In cooperation with Leyzer, we carefully selected those families that we know are in financial difficulty and whose fathers are struggling with a long-term injury requiring rehabilitation.
Thanks to you, we were able to make the summer of the selected children more enjoyable.
Shortly, we expect to continue supporting these and other families in need in preparing for the next school year. We will, with your help, assist selected families in purchasing items they need.
