Supporting IDFWO’s “L’tzidech” Project

Dear friends,

I would like to share a piece of good news in these challenging times.

We were approached by the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic (FJC) with a generous gift of 400.000 CZK (over 15.000 EUR) raised by its members post October 7th 2023 via their public fundraising campaign.

The FJC decided to support “L’tzidech” (By Your Side), a project launched by the IDFWO in support of pregnant widows. The current war has brought us more than 300 widows and almost 1.000 orphans, out of which 32 were unborn at the moment of their father's heroic death.

The IDFWO cares for widows and orphans of the members of Israeli security forces. The organisation provides its members with intense material, social and mental support from the moment of their beloved's passing until forever.

The Federation's donation represents a significant aid in a project whose aim is to help the most vulnerable.

We are honored by the entrusted task and remain at further disposal.
