Dear friends,
Do you remember Max, whose unit we equipped from head to toe? Today we had the honour to see him and his beautiful family, including his fourth child, baby Nili born in between Max’s service. Since October 7th, he has spent more than 365 days in war. When I get to listen what families like his are going through I feel very privileged that we’re able to help at least a bit.
Max has told us about multiple occasions on which the equipment we purchased saved lives. He spoke about an incident when shrapnel hit his ankle after an explosion. If it wasn’t for the shoes we bought, he would have gotten badly injured.
Your help and support was what held our soldiers together during the darkest moments. As a gesture thanks we received a symbol of Max’s unit dedicated to all of you.
Am Israel Chai,
Anna&Ory
