Dear friends,
Last year this time, we delivered warm jackets to our soldiers. We did not imagine then that in twelve long months we would be doing it again. With winter coming, the troops on both, the northern and southern fronts need warm clothing. Proper winter jackets make a real difference and provide our soldiers with comfort that helps keeping them focused and safe. With our partner in Israel, Rabbi Leizer Klein, we have purchased one hundred jackets that will be donated to soldiers within several units.
Today, some of the jackets were delivered to infantry and tank soldiers stationed in the North with the 188th Tank Brigade participating in the current war with Hezbollah.
The Brigade has been pivotal in the current war, it was the first tank brigade to rush to the aid of the stranded villages on the Gaza border, many people owing their lives to the bravery of unit's soldiers.
